Collecting your order:

To avoid any delivery charge, you can collect your order in store! Simply add the items to your cart and select the 'Collection in store' option. Please upload a picture/scanned copy of your U.K. driving licence/passport so we can validate that you are over 18. You only have to do this once at the checkout. Fireworks will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18 and we reserve the right to cancel any order if the buyer refuses to provide identification. We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready to be collected. Collecting in store will also give you the chance to view a bigger variety and pick up some further bargains!

Our delivery service is available nationwide all year round. Your fireworks will be brought to you by a specially trained driver, with full insurance. The majority of deliveries aim to be completed within 3-5 working days. It is important for you to provide a mobile number at the checkout, so that our driver can contact you in advance, to ensure a person over 18 is at your address to sign for the goods. Our couriers will not leave the parcels in a porch for example or anything like that, as they are explosives and they must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
If you live in an area that qualifies for a surcharge then we will contact you when you have placed your order. Below is a list of postcodes that qualify for a surcharge (mainly Scotland and coastal areas). The average surcharge to us is much higher for Scotland and coastal areas, however we have heavily subsidised this, whilst maintaining the best prices on our fireworks range.


Orders to the following postcodes are subject to a £10 surcharge regardless of order value: CA, EX21-23, EX35, EX38-39, LA5+, PL.

Orders to the following postcodes are subject to a £15 surcharge regardless of order value: EH39-46, FK1-14, G64-72, KA1-26, KA29-30, LL23, LL33-78, ML11-12, SY5-22, TD, TR17-20, TR26.

Orders to the following postcodes are subject to a £25 surcharge regardless of order value: AB10-32, AB41-42, AB51, DD, DG, G63, KA27-28, PH1-5, PH12-14, SY23-25

Orders to the following postcodes are subject to a price quote for shipping: AB33-40, AB44+, FK15-21, G83+, IV, LD, PA20+, PH6-11, PH15+, SA14-20, TR21-25

We cannot deliver to the Isle of White, Ireland or Northern Ireland or anywhere outside Mailand UK. We cannot deliver to BT, GY, IM, JE, KW and ZE postcodes. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Why is delivery of fireworks expensive?

Fireworks are classed as explosives, so cannot be sent through ordinary transport couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL etc. Therefore only specially trained couriers can handle fireworks. Although the cost of this service is considerably higher, we heavily subsidise these charges to give you the best value fireworks with nationwide delivery direct to your door, with an unrivaled level of service.

Delivery Details: Where possible please order in plenty of time. If your display is in a few weeks time, put the date that you need your fireworks by in the comments box during checkout. If the comments box is empty, orders will be processed and dispatched in the order they are received. It is also very important to provide identification at the Checkout as your order will not be processed without proof that you are over 18, and this will delay your order.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to guarantee delivery for a specific day / date during our busy season.

Deliveries will be made during normal working hours, Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 6:00pm

ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE SIGNED FOR

It is important you use an address where someone will be able to sign for your order. Where possible use a business address for your delivery. as it's more likely that someone will be there. REMEMBER Legally, fireworks have to be signed for by someone over 18 and identification may be required.

Once goods ordered have left our premises delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier/parcel delivery company or postal used. Suki’s Fireworks cannot be held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods ordered and we will do all that we can to deal promptly and efficiently with any delivery problems our customers report to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts.

If the delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or not over 18, our courier will usually leave a card for you to get in touch to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that we have to pay the full delivery charge for each attempted delivery so please try to ensure that there is someone available to sign for the fireworks. We reserve the right to charge your card the re-delivery fee of £35.00 (and £35.00 for each further re-delivery attempt that is made by our courier). So please make sure somebody is at home (and is over the age of 18) to sign for the goods to avoid paying any re-delivery charge.

Product Availability.

We try to keep the stock availability on the web site up to date, but sometimes a product may be out of stock, if this happens we will endeavour to contact you to find an suitable alternative. If we have to substitute an item it will be with one of equal or greater value. (we are known for ensuring you get far better replacements than you ordered!) If you have seen a product online and want to know if we have more stock, then please contact us via e-mail (sukisfireworks@hotmail.co.uk) and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Returns & Damages

Any shortages and/or damages must be reported to Suki’s Fireworks first by telephone within 24 hours and in writing within 5 days. 

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

Cancellation Rights

  1. You have the right to cancel this order within seven working days beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods.
  2. If cancellation is made after seven working days, we still may accept the return of goods, however a re-stocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns.
  3. If you wish to cancel this contract you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as letter or email within the cancellation period.
  4. You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take good care of the goods while in your possession.
  5. You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us, however for fireworks this needs to be done through our specialist hazardous goods courier, the cost of which is to be born by you, failing which we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
  6. Upon the cancellation of a contract we shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with recovery of the goods) within 30 days of cancellation.
  7. Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by ourselves.
